Description
Traditional Manjushri Statue with Gold Gilded Face | Crafted in Patan, Nepal
Manjushri Statue is a sacred representation of the Bodhisattva of Wisdom, hand-carved by a master artisan from Nepal using the ancient lost-wax method. Devotees pray to Manjushri for intellectual clarity, sharp memory, and insight, often invoking his energy before study, meditation, or decision-making. Seated on a lotus base in a serene meditative posture, Manjushri holds a flaming sword in his right hand, symbolizing the power to cut through ignorance and awaken clarity of mind. The statue features a hollow chamber for consecration, allowing practitioners to place mantras and sacred relics inside to enhance spiritual practice and blessings.
Crafted from high-quality copper, our Manjushri statue is finished with a 24k fire gold gilding process, where pure gold is mixed with mercury, applied as an amalgam, and then fired. This traditional technique leaves behind a radiant and durable layer of real gold on the copper body, giving the statue its divine glow.
Please note: The statue in the photograph is the actual piece for sale, ensuring authenticity and exclusivity.
