Ministry Nuts and Bolts

Description

Veteran church planter, pastor, and seminary professor Aubrey Malphurs identifies four foundational ministry concepts: values, mission, vision, and strategy. He shows the pastor, ministry leader, or leadership team how to apply and implement these vital concepts. Ministry Nuts and Bolts provides a step-by-step guide for developing the basics needed to lead a vital ministry. Many pastors find that they have been equipped by seminary for their teaching ministry, but their enthusiasm for ministry is sapped by a sense of confusion about other core aspects of building a minsitry. With Malphur’s guidance, pastors will find the tools to build a shared core and mission values–keys to a unified church. And churches with vision and strategy will be able to minister to the surrounding culture.
